I won one on eBay mostly for the 3 carts that come with it. I have a regular Expression. I was just wondering whether the pink one was a particularly good machine. Thanks.BigGrin

Do you mean the Pink Expression that comes with the 'Breast Cancer' Cart (Pink Champagne, I think it's called)?

I've had mine 3 years and would be lost without it. I use it almost daily and dread the day she will need replacing. She and I understand each other so well. We make a great team BigGrin

I'm unsure about the E2. Do I really want to spend the $600 NZ on it or should I just hunt out for another standard Expression? Will it last as long? Will it understand me like my Pink one does? Will we fit as a team?

Hmmm... Long live my Pink Expression, I say.

The pink expression works just like the others. Just fine. It's just a different color.

Great machine. Sounds like you are buying it for the carts and as a spare.

Thanks for the replies. Yes, I meant the Pink Expression with the Pink Journey cart. I never bought that cart and I gave away my Plantin Schoolbook and immediately regretted that decision. I ended up wining a brand new Pink Expression with all three carts (Accent Essentials is the third) for $80 from taymeag (aka Provocraft). I just wondered whether I should just sell the pink Expression immediately or whether it might cut a little better than my older Expression.

I have some friends who bought the teal and purple Expressions from Walmart and they have had a lot more problems with their machines than I have ever had with my Expressions. And I have read some really terrible reviews of the Champagne machine. I am not sure what causes the problems. Maybe being manufactured by someone else or at a different time? Just a guess.

Thanks again.BigGrin

I have the original E and the champagne E {won it} and they both cut the same. When I first won the champagne one, I took it out of the box and cut the same images with my regular E and with it to make sure it worked as I was thinking of selling it. But, I decided to keep it as a back up although I've never used it again {or updated the firmware}. I really don't need it since my original E is still cutting away and I have the E2 {which does cut better} and a Create for travel.

I'm the opposite... I want the machine but have no use for the cartridges. I'm going to have to check out eBay and see what I can find BigGrin
