I have purchased Wall Decor and More and it stated works with all machines yet I can not link it as it keeps coming up wrong serial number - how do I get round this?

Customer service is rubbish no one answer the phone and no one answer email!

Right now I hate Cricut and its productsAngry

If you are trying to link it to the CCR, try to shut it down & restart it & then link it by putting the cartridge into the machine you are going to use. If you are linking it to your G, turn it off & restart it & plug it into an electrical socket. I have found with some things on the G that it functions better when it is plugged into an electrical socket. If you are trying to link directly to a machine, it doesn't work that way. You have to link it to CCR or to the G to link!

did ya buy it new or was it previously owned by someone else? If previously owned, it might already be lonked to someone elses account.

Until you can get thru to CS and get help, you can still use the cartridge if you need it now. just plan what you want to cut in CCR and when prompted to incert the cartridge, do so and it will cut what you need.

I am having the same problem. I have 3 cartridges and neither one of them will link to the CCR. I have tried restarting both the machine and CCR. Does not work

I experienced the same problem this week with my Block Party cartridge - I purchased brand new, clamshell and all from WalMart a while ago - I believe I finally got it to link - I think PC and CCR were just having some issues this week - try later at night when maybe not so many people are on the site...

Didn't work with any of the carts that I tried - Adobe wanted me to an update, I agreed, then it said it couldn't be done at this time - that may have something to do with it...I'll have to wait and see what's going on - won't be calling on Tuesday, though, after everyone has spent all weekend trying to figure out all their stuff!!! Maybe they'll have it fixed by then!

I've never had a problem with customer service - long waits, yes, but they have always been able to happily solve my issues -
