So, I have just got off the phone with CS and was informed that anyone in Canada cannot order items to be shipped to Canada from the Rewards. You have to have a US address!!! WT...Mad

did anyone else know this, was it posted somewhere? It doesn't seem fair.

I am surprised that this is the response as i have ordered items with my points. the only thing that i recall is that i had to pay shipping....
mmm i am going to ask because this was how i was going to renew my cricut circle membership...
Alice

update - ok so i recieved the same information that Cricut rewards no longer ships items to Canada, however, there is the exception with the cricut circle membership since Cricut rewards doesn't ship the items, the code is provided through e mail in which the order is completed through cricut.com. Therefore, the circle membership looks to be the only thing to be avaliable for order from the cricut rewards site.

Well, I was just on the Rewards site and put a cartridge in my cart and it was giving me shipping options. I don't know who you are dealing with in customer service, but Rewards still seems to be allowing me to buy and ship to Canada. Maybe the customer service person was confused because a while back they stopped shipping machines from Rewards to Canada (not that there have been machines on there for a while).

Hvartica is correct....I recieved the following e mail:

Hello Alice,

I just wanted to follow up with you, we spoke earlier on chat. I did some further research for the question you asked about rewards shipping to Canada. I have found out that www.cricutrewards.com is still currently shipping to Canada. You should be able to purchase the items offered on rewards without an issue. I do apologize for the misunderstanding. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Thank you,
Brita Nordgren

THank you Brita for clarifying....

hahaha a little too much excitement for me LOL LOL

If you live near the US border consider getting a US mailing address. There are a number of companies in US border cities that offer this service. I live near the border and use a service that charges $5.00 per shipment. This works well when I order something that has free US shipping but high fees for shipping to Canada.

Thanks, but I live on Vancouver Island. BUT I did get an email from CS and they had given me the wrong info - they do ship to Canada. They stopped shipping machines to Canada but not smaller items. That was good news! BigGrin

I am so glad to see this post. I have lots of those rewards laying around and was wondering if I could actually use them! I have a Create, Gypsy and just got an Expression 2.
