I am using heavy card stock and have my settings set to the max but my images still won't cut all the way through. What can I do to fix this?

if you haven't already try increasing your pressure to max. I always do 2 times multi cut.

My recipe that has always worked well for me is high pressure, blade depth 5 and cut twice. I use mostly heavy weight cardstock (ac cardstock. Sometimes I need to adjust to max pressure and blade 6.

But I always use ccr, nevery my stand alone machine. Don't know if this makes a difference in how the machine performs.

Also, you might take your blade housing out of the machine and check for paper shreds caught up in the housing or around the blade
