I love using the CCR. I find it so much easier to line things up on the computer screen. Is there a way to link my cartridge's to the CCR? If they are linked to the CCR can they only then be used in the CCR?

to link a cartridge, open CCR, find it in the list of ALL CARTRIDGES, incert the cartridge and click on the LINK icon in CCR. It is very easy to link them.

A cartridge can only be linked to one account. so if you have bought used ones that have been linked before, you will not be able to link them to your account.

As long as you have a the physical cartridge and a machine that uses them, then you can still use the cricut and carts without using CCR. Your friends can even borrow your cartridge and cut from it. They can even use it with their CCR account but they would have to incert the cartridge in when prompted to since its already linked to your account.
