Cutting will stop, even though CCR still says cutting, and then I get an error:

Microsoft Visual C++
Run-time check failure #2
c:\Program Files\Cricut Craft Room\CCR Bridge.exe

No matter what I choose in the pop-up box (abort, rety or cancel), nothing works.

Once I press cancel to kill that error box, then when I press cut again it keeps wanting me to reload my mat even though it's loaded. I can go through that over and over again and nothing!

At that point I need to close my project, log out, wait a few minutes and then log back in. Then I can cut again for another 30 seconds or so and then this whole cycle starts over again!

I'm ready to pull my hair out. HELP!

Donna :)

It sounds like you do not have the current Microsoft Visual C++ runtime package or your copy of the executable is corrupt. I may be able to help you more with this, I will PM you my email.
