I am thinking about making a glass block. I know you can use vinyl but can I create something with card stock to get the multiple layers and colors and use modge podge stick them to it? what do you think

Before vinyl was popular, I used card stock and used my xyron to put adhesive on the back of the pieces. The only one that has been any problem was the one I made for my SIL and her young son tried to pull the image off. Even that one is still stuck on, but a little loose in one corner.
