I've debated on whether or not to post these pics for a while now. But decided to go ahead and do it to show that you don't have to have a lot of expensive new storage units to have a great craft room. I would love to have it all brand spanking new and matching, but it just isn't in my budget and probably never will be. So I had to do with what I had around the house.

As you will see I don't have nearly as much as a lot of others, but for me it's my little room that I do spend a lot of time and really enjoy having it.

The only things I have purchased were the Recollection paper storage units and the wire shelving on my craft table. I pretty much had everything else already.

The credenza has miscellaneous in it - large paper cutters, a few scrapbooking albums, genealogy pics & papers.

Dresser has all of my ribbons, and a few of my embellishments. It's the dresser I had when I was a little girl. It's over 50 years old! Does that tell you how old I am...hehehe

The storage unit with my Cricut is a tv stand we haven't used in some time as as tv stand and I put all of my photo boxes w/negatives and top shelf is my pre-folded cards, some envelopes and misc. I did use it downstairs for my Cricut for some time.

The closet I decided to take off the bi-fold doors about 3 wks ago and like it much better. The storage unit next to the closet has all of my cartridges with a few other miscellaneous stuff.

All in all, I've enjoyed my room that my son left to me a year ago! Didn't put it all together until around February or March because I used it as storage - thought I might be moving. But we decided to try to stay where we are for the time being.

Thanks for looking.

Great room. Looks like a relaxing room to craft in.

A great reminder that we don't have to spend money to have something really great. Use what we have!

I like your room.... Great job....

My craft room isn't all spanking new either and I love it. We needed lots of table space in there so we put in 2 6 foot tables. 1 four foot table and our drafting table. most everything I have is stored in the closet. I do have a cabinet and a set of shelves on the cabinet that I have stuff on.

Nice room...I do have some matching items in mine but it will never look like a lot of the pictures I see!!! I am a messy scrapper! I dig everything out to work on a project! It is ok with me though I can always close the door! I work in a high stress job and crafting keeps my limited sanity!
