I just updated my Expression 2. Loaded a few cartridges onto Cricut Craft Room. When I went to Synch to synch my Gypsy it says the device is not detected. I tried two different computers and two different cords. Any suggestions? I'd appreciate any help you can offer.

Are you giving it enough time to register that it's connected? I know when I hook my Gypsy up and to sync with CCR, it takes about 15 - 20 seconds for it to register. When I first go into options (even with Gypsy turned on), it says Device not detected.

If that's not it, then I'd suggest calling PC on Tuesday. They can do some trouble shooting and likely figure out the issue.
