after updating my E2 and original cricut, my gypsy now says cannot cut the design. this gypsy does not have the rights to use one of more images contained in this design. you must first load the required images to the gypsy.
it says it for anything i'm trying to cut, on both the E2 and original. Help!Crying

Usually when that message is given it is because you don't own one or more of the cartridges that you used to design with. When you use a gypsy, the cartridges that are linked to your gypsy are shown in black and the ones that are part of the library that you don't own or have not been linked to your gypsy are shown in red.

I have this message, too. I went to update it (first time ever, I think), and now it won't shut off!
