I just wanted to say that I will be getting the addresses to you soon...hang in there. ALso, I know that some of you have questions about your Secret Sisters, but trying to relay answers to questions between 13 other people is nearly an impossible task for me as hostess. Please rely on the MQ for your ideas and your instincts. Everyone here is a wonderfully talented crafter and I am sure that your partners will be delighted with anything you make for her.

and be sure to post your answer to this week's bonus question before MIDNIGHT !

THANKS !! Love

you may want to change the title of our swap so that you don't get someone that isn't familiar with things offering. just a suggestion not a criticism.BigGrin

What gift did you receive as a child that you were most excited about getting for Christmas ?

I think when I was 12 or 13 I recived a turquoise portable radio that could also be plugged in. I love music!

Hi to my SS.

I really wanted to think of something special for this week to ask you all about and after some thought here is what I came up with - Answering THIS question may result in an extra big surprise in your package !

If your partner wanted to send you a CRICUT CARTRIDGE in your package, and/or a CUTTLEBUG DIE or EMBOSSING FOLDER... what would you like to receive ?

Happy Monday ladies ! BigGrin

This week's bonus question winner is ScrappinChic - So watch your mailbox for a little treat this week Jessica !

NEW BONUS QUESTION :

Describe how you currently decorate the OUTSIDE of your home for Christmas (not what you did 10 or 20 years ago)... even tell us if you don't decorate...all responses go into the drawing BigGrin

My answer to this one is - I keep it pretty simple these days. I place green pine wreaths on all 3 outer doors with big red velvet bows on them. The front door also gets a pine garland around it and white twinkle lights. I have miniature lighted trees in a line across the front of the front porch. Then I have an electric lighted "candle" in each window sill.

Happy Crafting this week everyone !Wub

I'm going to be on time for this question...lol...we do absolutely nothing...and this is so funny because every year we have all these big plans to decorate the house and yard...put candles in the window...have a big tree (all the trimmings)we even buy stuff and never get around to putting anything up...isn't that bad.

congrats Scrappinchic for being the winner of the last question.

How we decorate the outside of our home. DH puts up mini colored lights under the rain guttering. He also cut out two Christmas scenes out of wood and then painted them. One is of Santa holding a large red bag overflowing with toys and stuffed animals. the other is of two snowmen holding a Merry Christmas greeting. We also put wreathes on the front door and all 5 of our garage doors. He also puts up window clings on the bay window and the South East window. We have the cutest snow blown of a Santa holding 5 of the sweetest little puppies which we put in the North Eastern window of our entry room. We also put small red velvet bows and non breakable ornaments in the locust tree and on the outdoor yard light. We also have a small plastic Santa and Mrs. Santa holding a sign between them which reads "Merry Christmas from the Hurts. This year we also are going to put out glow in the dark candy canes along the driveway.

NEW BONUS QUESTION :

Describe how you currently decorate the OUTSIDE of your home for Christmas

I have white icicle lights that go along the front of my house on the gutter. We have a roof height fur tree by the side of the garage so I put the old fashioned color bulbs on that (they're my husbands favorite).

Several years ago I decorated a faux evergreen wreath with some old fashioned boys with toys ornaments I found, big blue ribbon and white lights. That goes on my front door every year
