Hello! I'm writing this on behalf of my mother. She's downloaded this Cricut Craft Room application, and I can't get it to run for her. When you click it, the EULA for Adobe Air pops up, and clicking accept doesn't do anything. I've un- and reinstalled both CCR and AA, and it doesn't seem to have fixed anything. Has anyone experienced anything similar, and if so, were you able to fix it? How?

I'm actually having this problem now and I have been using CCR as long as it has been available. There are ALWAYS problems whenever a new build version is released. It's frustrating and wastes HOURS trying to get it loaded and functioning again. We should not have to call support when updates come out. Updates should be designed so they do not disrupt the users' systems. But EVERY update does this.
