Hello,

I just want to let everyone having driver issues know about my experience. I finally called support (1-877-7CRICUT)yesterday, and the tech emailed me a link that allowed her to access my computer remotely. She was able to install the driver for me, and had me up and running in 10 minutes. I mentioned that many of us were having this issue, and she said that, unfortunately, this driver fix can only be done by them. Really, it was better that way, as I didn't have to do a thing! I only wish I would have called sooner.

I am always surprised at how few people with problems will actually call PC for help with them. Huh

I am on hold with customer service as I am typing this. I am not sure if this issue I am having is a driver issue but every time I try to cut something out I get this popup "imagine connection was lost" the funny thing is I don't have an imagine I have an expression 2. but for some reason I can't get past this pop up.

Scrapalette,

You are so right! I waited so long to call because I am impatient with most CS lines. In this day and age of automated systems, my anxiety level skyrockets...I simply want to speak with a human being!! This being said, CCR's Tech support is top notch. Little wait time, intelligent technicians and positive results make the time spent well worth the call. My issue took all of 10 minutes to resolve, once I called.
