I have had the E2 for about a year and used it with no problem. Yesterday I was cutting vinyl and it was fine. I switched over to cutting some light weight card stock and the mat was sliding back and forth and messing up my cuts?! I tried using a different mat (both 12x12) and same problem. I went back to trying to cut some vinyl...same thing?!
Have you ever experienced this? How do I fix it? Are the guide rollers replaceable?

Thank you!!!

Could there be some type of build up on your rollers? I've had my machine that i use at least 3 days a week if not more and never had that problem. Is it the mat moving around or the paper?

My mat is sliding, the paper/vinyl is properly "stuck". It's almost like the left roller is holding the mat down harder than the right roller. It did the same thing on 3 different mats and wasted a sheet of vinyl 😠.

I just tried to use my machine again and the right guide roller isn't even holding the mat down thats why it's sliding. Any idea how to fix this?

Its the roller bar tension spring. Probably needs cleaning or lubed up. Remove the end cover to get to it. Google "everhack cricut" and it makes note of this problem in the repair thread.
