Those of you who've had your Gypsies repaired, how long does it typically take to get the shipping label from Cricut once the service has been purchased online? I purchased this morning but haven't received anything other than an order confirmation.

And how long does it take in your experience to get the Gypsy back? I can't even remember the last time I used my Cricut without my Gypsy. I may have forgotten how! But now I have the dreaded black screen/blue light.

I thought I'd answer my own question.... I purchased the repair service on a Friday and received the label on the following Monday. Once I sent my Gypsy back, I received it within a week. I was pleasantly surprised! Of course now I have no carts loaded onto my Gypsy, so I have to start from scratch, and I can't get it to work with Cricut Sync.
