I have not bought anything scrappy in 2 months.

I'm actually trying to sell some stuff.

It kinda scares me when I think of how much money I've spent. My embossing folder collection probably cost over $1,000!

I don't even want to think of how much I've spent ton cricut carts!

Oh dear... Well, every month my husband and I each get a $50 hobby "allowance" ... He rarely uses his-there's only so much fishing equipment he needs! But I spend my share at Michael's , Joann's, and Amazon ...Blushing , it all adds up, doesn't it? I (finally) recently upgraded to an expression and I'm really enjoying crafting again!

I tell my daughter that her inheritance is in my scraproom. I can't say I have a scrapping budget exactly. But once the bills are paid and there's enough money put back to cover for the next 2 weeks (mostly for gas)..then I might spend a little on something crafty. There was several years that I had a $25/30 budget on every day that I worked. I would go straight to a craft store once I got done working and would buy the latest and greatest item. Luckily...they no longer make any more latest and greatest items that I have to have..because I can't afford them since I bought me a van. LOL Seriously though, I had to give up something if I wanted to do certain things and the other things are important enough to me to put scrapping supplies on the burner in someone elses house...Laugh

I used to. I tried not to spend more than $75 a month on crafting and personal outings (like a girls night out). I didn't necessarily roll it over if I didn't spend that month. Now, I pretty much function with what I have or only buy when needed for a particular project. I have splurged frome time to time this year, (purchased the cutterpillar 2 weeks ago), but I pretty much have myself in check.

You are a woman after my own heart!!!!!!!!!!

I don't have an allowance. I don't purchase things on a regular basis, just when I need something.

Like last week, I needed to order four Christmas cartridges. LOL Flapper Woot

But I don't do that very often.

Budget what's that? LOL LOL LOL LOL

Actually, I do try to watch what I spend. But I have to go back to only buying necessities like adhesives for awhile. Spent too much at HSN during their last shows!

I've never had a actual budget, but I'm putting myself on one because I really don't need to buy anything. My craft room is so full of stuff until I can't find things that I know I have.

I don't have a budget but I don't buy unless I know its the best price I'll be able to get for a while. Like the stacks at Joann's are 50% off and I have a 25% off my whole order coupon then I'll buy a couple that i've been wanting. or the holiday ones are on clearance so I'll have them for next year (I always start my seasonal crafting long before that holiday's stuff is in stores). I know the retail value of my craft room and its a little scary to think about but I know what i spent is a fraction of that cost.

No budget for me either, just buy what I want when I want. Good thing for me is there isn't a lot I really want any more, have enough paper and tape to last my life time and a few others.
None of the carts lately have really interested me, starting to get more picky if I cant get another expression when my dies I figure I don't really need more carts that cant be used. It is scary to think how much I have spent, just my cricut carts I have spent close to #8,000, never keep track of my dies and cuttle bug folder, then thow in stamps, inks and markers, and all the stupid gadget I have bought, yikes could have paid cash for a house with all of it.

When I worked if I saw something crafty I bought it. Now that I am retired I am not spending. I don't really need anything..............I am so much happier being able to retire and be home all the time to do what I want when I want and use up what I have I figure that will take about 200 years..............:)
