Brand new expression 2, tells me all my cartridges have an error, I have to calibrate every time in turn on, touch screen doesn't seem to respond after I calibrate. Very frustrated, any tips? I am trying unsuccessfully to sync as I type.

Update....I was able to contact costumer support today and they were able to walk me thru a total reset of my new Cricut. Working perfectly now.

Download Cricut Sync {under the Support tab at the top} and update your E2. If that doesn't solve the problem, call PC tomorrow {contact info is also under the Support tab}.
