I wasn't working today, and it didn't stop raining so I took a stack of Bazzil Bling card (and a bit of gold mirror card)and hit the Cricut Craft Room with the Anna G Winter Wonderland Cart.

As some of you will know I'm a real fan of the Craft Room and today just reinforced that. I create 17(!) virtual mats and then cut all 17 of them easy peasy.

The final result:

Lots of Christmas toppers!

Most of the images are 4 layers and they look better in real life and layer up with each other fabulously.

I LOVE this cartridge! :)

They're all very pretty! What do you mean "virtual mats". What are you planning on doing with all these great cuts?

Just meant I created 17 layers in the Craft Room -- each one pretty much full!

The cuts will mostly be turned into cards and probably some Christmas decorations.

Thanks for sharing the photos. I was picking out papers the other day to make NOEL and I picked out shades of blue and wondered if it would look good. Now that I see yours...I know it will look awesome :) Now I can cut in confidence. Sometimes I' afraid to go outside of the book colors to make things.

I also love the paper you used for the WISH titles.

Definitely cut with confidence! I found quite few of the images worked well with shades of blue and I'm planning on cutting some of the ornaments with blue and silver as well.

I'm clearly on a roll as I've woken up today with a NEED to do more cutting. I want to do some extra large cuts for the phrases and I really want more of the greenery (holly and mistletoe).

Your cuts are lovely! I've just gotten this cart and will be using it this week. I wondered if you found the cuts needed to be cut at any particular sizes (ex... ornaments - minimum size?)
Thanks!

Hmmm...I don't know what the minimum size would be -- I cut most of the images around 4 or 5 inches. The smaller NOEL cuts are 2.5 inches. I cut some of the snowflakes around 1.5 or 2 inches and they were fine.

There are small fiddly bits on the ornaments (that's what makes them look so good!) and the smaller you make the ornament - the smaller and fiddly-er those are going to be. So your own personal patience will play as much a part as anything!

I'm very curious...
How wide are the wreath and the single present?
How wide are the words you cut?
This is the next cart on my wish list.
Thanks for sharing.

Hello!

I really do love this cart -- I've done a lot more cutting since I took the photo...can't seem to stop!

The wreath is about 4.5 inches high and wide. The single present is around 4.8 inches to the highest point, and 5 inches wide (ribbon tip to ribbon tip).

The words were all cut different sizes. The smaller NOEL phrases were cut at 2.5 inches high and are just under 5 inches at the widest point. BELIEVE is the widest one I cut -- it's about 8.5 inches at the widest point.

Hope that helps!

So there I was, trying to ignore this cartridge in the cage at J's. I was successful for several weeks.

Then along comes this post...and soon that cartridge made its way home with me after I purchased it at work.Flapper

Thanks for the enabling (I think)
