I just purchased a new gypsy in box. I cant link it to my imagine until I up date it. I can't update it until it is registered to my account. It won't register with the cricut sync. Anyone else have this problem? If so how did you get it to work?

.....UPDATE.....

ok I guess that provocraft is working on this problem. They know it doesn't register. They say you should keep checking once in a while to see if the problem is fixed

It's been a long time since I've done this, but I think you have to register it via cricut.com BEFORE you can sync it using cricut sync. Now until they changed the website recently, I could have told you exactly where on cricut.com to register it (and you will get 200 Reward points as well), so if you can't find it, call support tomorrow and they'll be able to help you out. Or maybe Narelle or Scrapalette will come along and shed some light. HTH

Click on Support at the top of this screen. The first option there is Product Registration.

Click Register Now, then click the Add button and take it from there. Smile

I did the registration and it shows me that my gypsy is registered. but cricut sync says it isn't. I called tech support and was told they are working on it and will contact me again and no one has. but thank you
