I'm really frustrated. I'm trying to use up my rewards and I've ordered a number of times before in the past on the same computer i have now but now I'm having issues. I've emailed and called PC but they havent been able to help me. They think the issue is at my end which I find hard to believe. I select what I want and get to the shipping page. I click my shipping option then click the 'select shipping and handling" button and this is where the problem is.

on internet explorer and my phone it gives me a runtime error after clicking the shipping button. with firefox it says page not found. I've tried my phone, my computer, our laptop, and my moms computer on a completely different internet connection. (that was one of there suggestions). every single time I get that error. I've cleared the cache and cookies etc on everything I've tried as well.

what can I do??? Is there anyone that can help me?????
