I tried to update my G today and am having a problem. It will run the sync and then it
says that I have an update. Ran that and then it says installing 1 of 11 missing fonts and then it just quits. Nothing happens. The stop button isn't highlighted and it just sits there. I thought maybe it just needs to take some time but 45 minutes later the same screen. Confused I uninstalled and reinstalled sync cause i had a previous error and adobe kept saying it needed to update. I am very frustrated cause I updated when I linked with the craft room and no problem then. Going to a scrapbook retreat this weekend wanted to use my new cartridges. Angry

Hello. If you have not installed the updates for Adobe Air you will continue to have issues using the Cricut Sync. Please make sure that you have the latest version. Also, if you are using an antivirus you will need to add the Sync program into the antivirus's exceptions list along with the ccrbridge.exe program. If you need assistance please contact customer service at 877-7cricut.
