Where can I buy a USB lead to connect my cricut to my computer, I thought I could get one from the cricut shop on line, thanks. Sue

You can get one from any store that sells computer accessories. (Eg. Walmart, Best Buy...)

You need an A/B USB cable. If you have a USB printer then the one on that is probably the one you want.

I have downloaded the CricutSync but seems to be taking an awfully long time to actually install the download. Has been working for at least half an hour. Is this normal, or should I try and stop and start over? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you, Chris

Which Cricut are you using? You only need Cricut Sync if you're using an E2, Imagine or Cricut mini.

(Half an hour is way too long for Cricut sync to install....)

I have just got a USB lead, tried to connect cricut to my computer but it comes up with 0004 error, what am I doing wrong.

I have tried again to connect my cricut create to my computer but cant, it keeps coming up
driver software failed, what am I doing wrong.
