Ok. I'm new at CCR so maybe this is me. My machine says everything is loaded but when I try to cut from CCR the timer just spins and eventually times out. Is there something I'm missing? Thanks!

Is your Cricut's firmware up to date? Which Cricut are you using?

And have you installed the cricut drivers to your computer? (You do that from the Help menu in CCR.)

Thanks for your reply! I'm using the E2 and the drivers are loaded on my computer. I think I've figured out that I need to link the cartridge to my CCR. I just registered my machine and I'm trying to link the cartridge. Now the CCR is asking me to insert the disc into my cricut. The only problem is it's a preloaded cartridge and it's not recognizing that. Other than a few videos, I'm really not finding any instructions. It just says it's an intuitive program. I guess I'm not very intuitive, however. Confused

Once you register your E2 the cartridges will show up in your CCR. Provo Craft updates the registration every Thursday. So after Thursday you should be able to see the Preloaded Cartridges in your CCR. The Cartridges will show up in CCR under "My Cartridges."
