Hi Ladies

Please does anyone know if you can use the Centre Point feature with the Cricut Craftroom. It is just that I am going a large project and need to save several pieces of work using the centre point and don't want to have to design everything from scratch every time I make the project Pam xxx

I don't know what 'center point' means but in CCR when you design anything any where on the mat (page) and you can save it for future use. You can also make all the different elements on several mats (pages). You can also just keep loading a new mat and keep cutting until you got all you want cut.

Thanks for your reply Joyce. What I am wanting to do is cut out apertures in the centre on a card, I know that I can do it on my E2 but I cannot save it on there. So as I can save things in CCR I wondered if there was an easy way to centre things xx

every image that is placed on the virtual mat in ccr will have a watermark "+" in the center of the image and ccr will show x & y coordinates that you can see and change as you like.

I use the x/y coordinates often to aline images on my mat perfectly and use the + watermark to center one image on top of another for when I want to do a cut out that is centered. Between the + watermark and the x/y coordinates, you should be able to do what you are wanting to do. Don't forget to use the zoom feature to see better exactly how the + is aligned one over the other.

Once you get it like you want it, you can save your file in ccr

hope this helps
