TFS, Di.

BTW have you seen those *ruffle scarves*?

I had one a friend made me and wondered if you could do that on a loom...and sure enough...Isela. She is known on YOUTUBE as PurlingSprite did one this past week. You need the sock loom.

I have a how to on my blog to do them on the loom.

BUT I came across this on Pinterest:

Loom ruffle scarf (1). Use 6 prongs, only. Stretch yarn neatly. Roughly 3 or 4 loops of yarn will be skipped before putting a loop on every 4th prong. After the first set of loops are placed on the prongs, knit over every time you place a loop. Only use the same 6 prongs. Knit over means take the bottom loop and pull it over the top loop and off the prong toward the middle. Before moving onto the next prong, do another "knit over" for each prong to create the ruffle.

It won't let me paste the photograph, pm me an email address and Ill try and send you the photo.

Di

****Its the 24 peg KK loom and the loops have three empty pegs between them.

I'm NOT going grey gracefully, I'm fighting it every inch (or mm!) of the way!!!

I usually go by NGGG. And that was before I gave up and stopped dying my hair. DH objected to the expense, and after all, I am going a NICE grey, not one of those whose hair just looks dirtyLOL. I guess I should change my MB name now, though...

Hi Jeanne,

Forgive me for being inept in cut and paste.

I hope this link works for you: http://www.pinterest.com/hugabear2/knitting-loom/

It's the photo of the green loom with the purple scarf yarn.
