I make framed silhouettes and was asked to do a house, so I picked the one with the 4 windows, the chimney and front porch. When I cut it out I realized it needs the layer in a contrasting color for definition purposes. So I set the size on my gypsy to match that of the house but the layer is all wacked out. I even tried doing a second layer on my gypsy to size by eye--still no luck-it still seems off.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make them match up??

Make sure you have the "Relative" button pushed and not the "Real" dial size. That is to make sure all your layers are in proportion to one another.
