I just tried to connect to craft room and it would not connect. Looked at the adaptor and a pin has abroken off. Is it possible to get it fixed?

Thank you

You'll need to call customer service. The USB port will need to be replaced and possibly the board that its attached to if the board was shorted out. I'm not sure whether they sell those parts but it's worth a try.

Hi I stay in Scotland and the same thing happened to me. unfortunately I took it to a place to have a look at. They took it away and brought it back soldered(Supposedly fixed) but it would not work. I contacted Provocraft and they said if I purchased another Gypsy I could have my data transferred. I managed to get a new gypsy on Amazon and my friend was going to the states for four weeks so she sent both gypsy's away and they transferred the serial no from the old machine on to the new one. as I have 130 odd cartridges and find the craft room too slow I was delighted with the customer service they did not charge for the service either and sent the new gypsy back. I know they do a usb repair if you contact customer service I am sure they will talk you through the process, they were most helpful to me and I was glas to get my gypsy back.
