I am at my wit's end! I have sent emails, I have called multiple times, and no response. I ordered a Chalkboard font Circle Membership with my reward point. It shows on my invoice and my points are gone, but I never received my cartridge or Circle membership. I even chatted with a person once when that feature was working, and she promised to send me a new code, but she never did.

Does anyone know of a "secret number" or email where I can actually get a live person? Crying

When did you you order the Circle membership? Do you have an email with that is the receipt for your order?

I ordered the Charmed Cricut Circle membership last October with my rewards points. It took a few days before I received a code, I forget how long it took for me to receive the physical cartridge. If I remember correctly, once it was processed (when I received and input the corrected code) it was linked to my Cricut account. I had an issue with my membership code where they had sent me a code for the Chalk Font even though I ordered Charmed. I contacted them via email and it took a couple times for them to get me the correct code. It was resolved pretty quickly though.

Since I redeemed my rewards points for renewing my Cricut Circle membership, I emailed the Cricut Rewards CS directly. They were pretty responsive when I reached out to them.

Though when I look through my correspondence from last October with them...I noticed the email address of rewards@cricut.com. You can try that too. I hope you get this resolved soon!

The order was December 7th. They won't even respond to my emails at the address listed on the rewards site, so I'll try the one you've given me.

If that doesn't work try the :"Live Chat" link or just call Customer Service directly. Have your email receipt ready at hand to send if they require it there and then. HTH

Where is this "live chat" option? I have been trying to call customer service support for two days! I am stuck on a never ending hold! I am just so frustrated and disappointed with Cricut at this point!Angry
