but the tools and markers still says extended delivery...i can wait for that. Looks like it will process soon too.....Love

Yeh, my tools and markers still say extended delivery but I can wait for those....I sold my E2 yesterday so I have this big ole empty spot in my craft room waiting for the new kid!

I really wanted to keep it but I also have the SC and just couldn't find any more room for a 3rd machine!

GrammyCris, were your carts linked to your E2? If you rather not say, I understand. Just wondering because I'd like to sell my Mini. I never used it but I did link it once to CCR to make sure it worked. TIA

It's my understanding that the carts are linked to our cricut account, not to the machine.

Mines still says processing.... I ordered at 9pm before the 11pm central launch. I should think that they need to get these machines on the way if they are going to have them delivered by 2/27. Melissa

Well, I still have a delivery by date of tomorrow. My order says "processing" and I got a message from PayPal that HSN was taking my money last Saturday. However, they have not actually taken the money and I certainly don't have a shipping notice, so I don't think they are hitting their delivery by date.ThumbDown

My machine & Protection Plus warranty still says "processing" and my card has "pending" charges on it. My pens & tool kit still say "extended delivery 2/27". The delayed excitement continues.Drool

I'm really glad Provo Craft waited until February to launch this new machine. I really NEED some excitement after all the holidays are over, and we're in the middle of another cold rainy winter.Glare

Now if we can just get PC to release a new exciting product at the same time next year. . . Wink

I am on extended delivery of 3/18. Crying Crying Crying All because I couldn't push the submit order button. I had it in my cart at 12:01 AM EST at launch, and wanted to watch a few minutes of the launch before I made my decision because I was still wavering and then it was out of stock within a few minutes. Crying My DH ordered it for me the next morning because they were showing back in stock. I was so disappointed to have a delivery date of over a month away. Crying Crying Had I actually been able to see some of the Design Space videos BEFORE THE LAUNCH,(thanks PC for keeping that under wraps Glare ) I would have had NO PROBLEM pushing that button, and I would be getting mine soon too. Happy I will eventually get it, but SO SAD I have to wait. Sad LOL

Going crazy I ordered mine on the launch at 12:07 est time as of this past wed it is processing and not charged my card, my delivery date is Feb 27, wow.

Yeah, I'm not thrilled about this. Now I don't know when to possibly expect my machine. My sister-in-law has a delivery by date of Feb. 27. Her status at HSN is still just "pre-order." HSN charged her debit card last weekend and then the gave the money back Tuesday. She doesn't even know whether she is still going to get a machine. I don't know what to tell her because I have never dealt with HSN before.

All I know is, if walk into Ms and find that machine on the shelf before I have received mine I am going to be so mad. This hasn't been a great experience so far.

Just keep in mind the liberal HSN return policy.... that isn't available at Ms or Js unless they have changed it in the last week...... That's the reason i purchased from HSN and haven't posted about the slow delivery. I am willing to wait to be able to try before I buy. Given how late the bloggers got their machines, my guess is that the slow delivery is on the Utah side of the commerce chain, but I am willing to wait to have the option to return if I am not 100% satisfied with the X. My machine is scheduled for Mid-March; and, I am depending on techies like you and a few others to give me the real scoop about the machine and the software and capabilities and limitations a few weeks before i get mine......... :-))))))

If I don't like it, I am leaning towards eBay. I have made quite a bit of cash selling my Cricut stuff.

That said, the recent videos have me pretty excited about this machine. I really like the way it breaks down the SVG files into mats by color. Since I am almost always cutting multiples this is how I cut stuff. It really would save me some time.BigGrin

I, too, believe it is on PC's side that is causing the delay. I also believe that it has something to do with the software. The software itself and access to it. It may be that once they opted to no longer charge for SVG images, change to the software would have to be made. The bloggers could continue to use the software as they already had free access, but it was less than a month between announcement and launch. I think had they kept the charging for SVG we would have been able to play with it before launch, but this change is probably what slowed everything down.

Okay, so now my order status is "Processing" with "delivery on 2/27." It used to say delivery by 2/21, but obviously that's not happening.
