my mom bought me the cricut create for a gift and I ordered the monthly subscription. I am having troubles using the images so i decided to cancel until i could figure it out. i got the confirmation my subscription was cancelled, yet this morning i was still charged for my monthly subscription, yet all the images were removed from my library. I went into my account and it says i cant re-enroll in the subscription because i am currently "active". has anyone else experienced this? if im paying for the images it would be helpful for them to be in my library for use..

Please give us a call at 1-877-7CRICUT and we will help resolve this. We are in the office from 7am-6pm MST BigGrin
