Hi!
Just got my new Explore and started through the set up and I get to the part about accepting the two week free library and the "continue" button doesn't work. The machine powers up. USB
attached to computer. I have a Cricut account. I even have a Cricut Design Space icon on desktop but all the elements are greyed out. I have watched the video and I did everything as demonstrated, but I am NOT getting images or past the screen where you accept the images. It is the cute page with the little Create a Critters like animails. The little green continue box is faded and does nothing when I try to continue. Can someone please help. I have a brand new Explore and Customer service won't be there for a long time (morning) : )

Judy are you logged in up in the top left hand corner of the design space screen? Try logging out {if your logged in} & go back & sign in. See if that does it.

Try clicking on Detect Machine again and make sure it did indeed detect your Explore.

There are also some links to set up videos posted at the top of the forum. Those might help.

Thank you everyone for such a prompt response! None of the suggestions worked and then I remembered a "solution" from another situation (not Cricut) and changed browsers. Worked like it should have. It was terrible having a brand new Explore and couldn't get the software to work. But it did and I made the thank you card. My husband was impressed and he has been les so with other Cricut "new" products.
