I may have to call up tomorrow but wondered if anyone else's Mac is not accepting the plug-in for the Design Space. It's worked fine even though I've never gotten the plug-in to work. I was going to work on a project and was prompted to install all over again and nothing is working. I had an update show up yesterday that I did on my laptop. I've cleared out the caches and when I opened the plug-in the Mac portion isn't executable.

Any other ideas?

This is driving me nuts. I've restarted. Uninstalled, reinstalled, got the computer to finally recognize the plug-in but I can't get past the download section and move on. I'll end up calling up PC. Hopefully I don't get the run around.

When you click on the DMG file that they make you download there's a folder called internet plugins

If you double click on that it should open up a new finder window showing you all your installed plugins. Do you see the cricut one on there?

if you right click the npCricut Plugin and go to GET INFO you should see the version: Cricut_x86_64 0.040

That's the most up to date one I have and works.

If it doesn't say that you may want to delete the file. Re download the DMG from the website maybe even go as far as putting it into a new directory just so you're not reinstalling an older version.

Other than that I don't know. The only other requirement is a restart of the browser that you're using otherwise that plugin won't be detected as being new.

Rob,

Thanks for the help. All I get when I do this it opens up the terminal. I also get a could not copy files as some were locked.

When I log into Windows on my laptop, Design Space has everything at 99 cents even though I just paid for the month.

Everything was fine until yesterday.

Woot! Support was able to get it up and running. Turns out on a Mac you have to trash out the old plug-in when you do an update instead of overriding it like Windows does. Macs are so goofy at times it can drive you nuts. She was also able to fix my subscription as well. Hopefully everything is working and I can work on graduation stuff.
