What is going on???? Since updating every time I try to cut I get this message 'This project isn't available to purchase yet?? What is going on.!!Confused

I worked in CDSPACE for about a half hour an hour or so ago; never got any messages like that in placing six or seven images on the mat. I was in MY IMAGES.

I first used a subscribed image and then one of mine, I restarted my computer as well as logged in and out of CDSPACE I have only had this issue since doing the new update today..

I've just noticed it's only happening on some of my previously saved files. If I create a new file it doesn't happen.

isn't it so frustrating?? I have tried a new project and uploading saved ones and I get the same message every time.. I need to just step away tonight before I get to aggravated...Mad

I just checked out my saved projects and im getting that message too. Im glad I worked a good while last night to do what I had to do and got it done. This is not good. Why are there so many problems everytime theres an update? Im sure they will fix it. Just hope it doesnt take long. Earlier I clicked on an image and a print thing came up. I looked at it a little. Now I wanted to check it out and it wont come up.

Hiding the text layer on my project fixed the problem. That layer was only a notes layer anyway and I don't cut it. But... I shouldn't have to do that. The font I used is linked to my account, so I shouldn't get that message!

I did just notice that, I selected an image clicked 'GO' and the mat came up like it should then I went back and added text and that message came up again.. ugh.!! I hope this is fixed in the morning so I can finish the project I started earlier....

Had the same issue when making a card. Removed image by image to find the problem and it was the "Happy Mother's Day" image I was using from a Martha Stewart cart that I own.

I tried cutting the FREE image from cricut & it's telling me "Not yet available for purchase"! wow, nice update.

Just spoke with Cricut support. They said it's a known issue with images linked from certain cartridges and they are working on fixing it, but they do not have an ETA. They told me I could use one of my older Cricuts in the mean time. I don't own another Cricut! Very frustrated as this is affecting my business as well. They need to get this fixed ASAP!!!!

Well that is really great, I have older Cricuts, but I used Design Space for the invites and you cannot use Design Space with the older Cricuts. Plus, the problem is not the machine but the software, there is nothing wrong with the Explore!!!

Ugh..! What I am trying to make I cannot use my E2... Anyway I WILL NOT let this ruin my day completely.. What I NEED to do I can use my E2 for now... Cursing

I know this is off topic, but You can also use Recollections markers from Micheals and Slick Writers from Hobby Lobby not just the Cricut markers.. I just figured that out and was super excited..LOL

This is not good. That why I think even if your have an explore you should keep one of your stand alone machines. Hope they get this fixed soon.

How about just an acknowledgement that there is an issue and they are working on it. Instead, they stay silent and have people calling CS and wait for 30-45 min just to speak to a live person.

This is very poor CS.

Yes, I am so happy I did not sell my E2 I did consider doing that and I definitely will not now that I know the Explore will most likely have more issues in the future..
