Again....what a CROCK! We bought our EXPLORES to use our EXPLORES. That doesn't mean we don't use our other machines; but, when we're wanting to use our EXPLORES, we're wanting to use our EXPLORES and CDSPACE!!! Yikes...did I say that?

AND, I might have to eat CROW in the next few posts after yours (haven't read them all, as yet); where is the CRICUT team when we're having these frustrations and why aren't they at least coming on in these posts to LET US KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON AND WHAT WE CAN EXPECT.!!!

Why do an UPDATE that isn't ready?

I feel badly what I just posted above, since I did come to find out PC did respond......but, I totally agree. THEY COULD AVOID US ALL GETTING SO FRUSTRATED if they would just come on and tell us what's going on before it's going on!!! That's just good customer service.

I realize sometimes they don't always know what's going on until it comes to their attention.....just for the life of me can't understand how PC puts this stuff out without first checking it out instead of USING US THE WAY THEY DO when they never used us for anything leading up to the EXPLORE.

Oh, well. I realize it's just another day in the lives of our CRICUTS and PC!

This is currently happening to me and I am unable to call support because of the time! I will call tomorrow but I am hoping that I can figure out how to resolve the issue now!
