Hi there

I have a couple files that I saved in Design Space that don't work now after the update. Has anyone had the same issues?

I went into a SAVED file today; I didn't try to hit "GO", but everything was there.

How far are you getting?

On my saved project on the images I made myself well when I go to those I made and try to cut they are trying to make me pay for them since I let my subscription run out. I don't think its fair and has anyone else have this happenHuh

Images you imported? Or welded images you made out of Cricut cuts? If you used Cricut cuts you don't own, then you should have to pay for them before you can cut them.

That's the way the subscription works. You can use the images in the subscription as long as you have a subscription. When it ends, you can't use those images any more.

Some images you can buy individually, or you can do the subscription on a monthly or yearly basis. Check on the shopping pages to read more about the subscription.

The images are owned by me from Cricut carts. The file opens but the images don't appear. You can see them in the boxes in the right but everything is blank. It is so weird.

Are your carts linked to your cricut.com account? You can only use carts that are linked or the subscription in Design Space.

Try zooming in and see if the images are there but off the screen.

You need to scroll all the way up on the DS page, then you'll see your images.

Ditto to this. My images load way up at the top, but my design page always opens at down at 12 inches or so, so just scroll up maybe they are there hiding.

If you got the subscription (for those who bought the EXPLORE on debut with HSN who got the 25,000 images for FREE for three months), are you sure you aren't trying to open something that you used those FREE images on.....because once PC cut us off from those, we can no longer use those files until we BUY the subscription and get those cartridges added back into our files and/or until we LINK our cartridges we already own that have those cartridges on them?

She should be able to open the files, just not cut them.

I thought I was having an issue as well with my saved files last night because it was trying to charge me to cut things that I've cut before for free. I thought my subscription expired at the end of this week, but apparently it expired yesterday.
I re-subscribed last night and the issue with trying to charge me instantly disappeared!
