I had a customer bring in her Cricut and am trying to figure out if anything is wrong with it. After trial and error, I realized to really test it I needed the cartridge, cutting board, and paper to cut. When it is powered on the green cylinder blade assembly just vibrates up and down. Is this normal or should it be still until it starts cutting? It's thicker paper and so I set the dial and blade to the highest pressure setting. It starts to cut okay and then jerks the paper around. Any thoughts would help a lot. Thanks!
