I cannot find a video that shows how to use markers to outline around a shadow cut. I used the min marks all the time and thought they added so much pop to a layout. Thanks for you help

Darlene - Maybe someone else will chime in here....don't know where to find the videos because I don't usually take time for videos.

What I do is lay the shadow on the screen/mat. Then I copy/paste and make a second one. Over in the LAYERS screen, select the second image and when the color wheel opens, select WRITE (at the top, where you choose CUT/Write).

Next, SELECT that same image and lay directly over the initial image and ATTACH.

Now, when you get ready to GO, your SHADOW image will be marked and then the image will be CUT.

Hope that makes sense.

The only thing I would add to what Char said is - to get the two copies exactly in alignment, select one or the other and look in the edit box to see what the x & y coordinates are then select the other and insert the exact X&Y coordinates into the boxes of the second image. This will move it to exactly on top of the other, select both and then attach
