I have been a Circle Member since day 1 and cannot get into the board this morning because my membership expired. No notice of how/when we can rejoin...

Can someone please address this....

Not looking to cause drama...just want back in....

Where is the new circle cart? I would love to see it. I did not join the last time because I did not want the cart.

Liz, I am locked out too!! So frustrated that every year they do this to us and it does not make sense to me.

There is a new cartridge. Narelle posted some info, and I guess it had been posted on the Cricut FB page??

My membership expired today and I am already out without having had a chance to renew prior to the expiration. That is one of the things that frustrates me most with Provo Craft. No advance notice and you get kicked out.

I will be renewing and paying for it as soon as the link is active, but I sure hope it is today!!

Please PC fix the shopping page so we can renew for the Circle today.

that is the link to what WAS announced. I just got off chat and they said they are announcing the new cartridge today....I asked the helpful customer service rep to please put our comments forward that even though I realize that the circle is no longer a priority for cricut...it should have been announced PRIOR to locking me out without notice.

Looking at my account loyal circle member since day one...loyalty should count.

And I thanked her for her help...It is not her fault...

I have checked on the Circle Board for you and nothing new bout memberships is being reported of how to renew. This is terrible as it should have been dealt with before memberships started expiring. If I see anything posted on that side today I will report back here. I am so sorry this is happening. you are missed.

And that new cart which is not even a full cart the link is posted over there but it won't let you go anywhere will not let you renew. it gives an error message. And for the price of a circle membership they should give a full cart like in the past. Not a 50 image solutions carts just my 2 cents

trying to get ahold of chat...in the past when we could renew it took the 10% off the new cartridge...since it already booted me I am not getting that option.....

I'm just gonna point out that the circle membership does not say anything about having access to the circle boards. There was talk last year that they was phasing it out and it took over 3 months for them to finally give me CM access. I hope those of you who wants back on the Pink side can get back there real soon. I am either locked out now or my membership is over. I'm ok with that for now.

I forgot when mine expired but just found out when i clicked on Circle in my account and see about the new cart and nothing about my membership,lol..so had to look in the purchases to see when I purchased it and low and behold it was on Aug 1 last year...they are quick to close that down and get you out of the circle, ugh,lol.. Oh well guess i'll have to pay up so i can get my 10% discount and the free shipping, its saved me quite a bit of money over the year so it is very worth it to me.

Was just told by Live Chat that you cannot renew until your membership expires, so you do not get the discount or free shipping until your re-join the Circle.

Here's part of the transcript:

Amanda: Because your membership is expired, you will not receive the benefits until you submit the order for your new membership. You will begin getting the 10% off and free shipping on orders over $50 once you place the order for your new membership.

You get free shipping from cricut.com if your total is over $50.00.

But, it's not a renewal of a membership. You purchase another year when your year expires. The renewal switched to a rejoin back in 2012. Now, whenever you buy the Circle membership it expires one year from the date of purchase. {Back when there was a renewal, it was based on the Circle year/quaters.}

However, I'm with you on the price/value of the cart. Especially since a yearly subscription to the image library is only $99. Huh

I got locked out, too. I am not sure of the new cart but I agree that it should be a full cart. I did not get an email. I will check my spam.
