I am trying to buy a new font. When I go to pay- I enter in my credit card information and try to purchase. However, it has just been sitting on Processing Order for hours. I have tried multiple browsers, accounts, etc. Nothing work! I just finished my 2 week free trial and that worked fine. I am getting frustrated!

Any ideas are appreciated!

Hi Sarah,

Have you tried clearing the browsing history before placing your order? In whichever browser you are using, please clear the history, close the browser down and then open it back up. Try placing the order again.

Please let us know.

I am having the same problem Bored

I already sent an email to the technical support and the auto-reply email I received said it could take 5 to 7 days before they get back to me...

Since I have to wait for a week before getting an answer, I thought that it couldn't hurt to share my problem here too and hope for a brilliant mind to share a solution

So, just like sarahksinclair, I just finished my 2 weeks trial and I get stuck at the "processing order" when I try to buy anything.

Here is what I tried :

1. Restarting computer
2. Emptying cache
3. Try another browser (Firefox -> Explorer)
4. Verify if the information in my account matches those of my purchase (but I could not add the billing information in my account, there was a message saying it didn't save each and every time I clicked save..??)
5. Try two other computers
6. Try with another credit card

Any other idea? (other than throwing everything out by the window!Flapper )
