I think at one point I bought all the emulsion paper that every craft store in the state sold LOL, this was the beginning of the "great emulsion drought" back in the early summer of 2010, LOL.
After that I stocked up with a few extra packs online and had them stored for a while b4 I needed them. When I did used it the emulsion didn't rise off all the way after exposure. On other occasion I rinsed and it warped All the emulsion, totally ruining the design. Any tips on how I can avoid this.

Make sure you expose it long enough ot get a clean burn. Rinse only with cold water.
When REMOVING emulsion us HOT water and a scrubbie... make sure you throughly saturate the screen with remover and let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing.

oooooH.okay! I'm going to try that. I rinse with luke water and expose for 9mins. I'll kick it up to 15mins next time and make sure the water is COLD. THANKS!!!!!!
