Confused I have been waiting since Sept 21st for my gypsy replacement. My machine was sent to provo craft on the 15th and I was told my replacement would be processed within 3 days of receipt at ProvoCraft. When I called to find out the status I was told they were out of them and that was why my replacement had not been sent.

Two questions:

1. How can they have a promotion going on to get people to buy them by Oct. 31st if in fact they are out of them.
2. When I receive my long awaited replacement (due to equipment failure) will I be able to get this download if I don't get it till after the deadline?
