Does anyone know why they stopped making and selling the Serenity Loom?
Was it too difficult to use. I only recently discovered the pleasure of loom knitting. I already know about Infinity looms. I am more interested in knowing why they discontinued the Serenity Loom than in locating them. I've seen them for sale on ebay.
Does anyone have one? Have you used it?
TIA

I went to DaLooms and got me a Infinity Loom... they make two they are like the serenity loom... which I hunted everwhere for... you can get the Infinity loom in the double sided loom... like the long knifty knitters or the one that goes around that you can't knit from side to side on... they come in 3 links... I got mine this week and am going to love it!!.. it knits a much tighter stich...so I will be making my first blanket with one thread instead of two.. when I tried two it was like a small kitchen rug.

LOL LOL
Oh well...
I can remember seeing them at M's and HL and now they are gone.
I liked the look of the plastic one. The wooden ones "sound' heavier.
Oh well...

Will you share a pic of the one you have? or a link to where it can be purchased?
What kind of wood it is made from.

Thanks for sharing that Jeannie, I'll reconsider Smile

Great prices!
I see now that they have Birch Looms. The wooden ones I saw prior to this one were all made from a pressed wood base.
MDF is generally heavy. Birch sounds like a great base material -- strong but light weight.

TFS Jeannie. I may check one of them out!
