I have her loom knitting primer book. But the heel is still confusing me. Does she have a step by step with pictures on how it should look in any of her books?

Ill have to go and look. When I bought my sock loom, there was a how to video in it that explains it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5e3J0fuYz-U This is the link to part of the video I got, hope this helps!

Go to da looms ... there is a section for videos there... and you can see a video of the heal.... I could have never done it without the video!!!.. Isela does that video...

I think I will try what they do in thoes videos. I have not done the type of stitch she does in the video yet. Where she lays it in front and not wrap.

That is the knit stitch...if you put it on the bottom and pull up..and place the loop on the peg that is the purl stitch...I am loving those stitches ... it give you a whole new range of ability!!
