I made a copy of the stetson from Old West, then added holly leaves from Winter Frolic in place of the hat band. Then I made two copies of the Santa Hat border from Winter Frolic- one in red and one in white. I cut the balls off the top of the red border and used them as holly berries on the hat band of the stetson. I trimmed a small strip from the bottom of the red hat border and layered it onto the white border so that the white showed at the top (balls) and the bottom( the fur trim. Then I cut apart the hats in the border and perched one of the Santa hats at an angle on a top corner of of the stetson. Add a Christmas greeting and I was done. Wish I could sent you a picture but I haven't figured that out yet.

I think the same thing would work using the Old West boot instead of the stetson or conversely using a Santa boot with a stetson perched on top. Anyone else using the Old West cartridge for Christmas?
