But I just can't figure out how to use the layers and sizing. Can anyone help? Confused I am thinking of using the Chirstmas cards cart(for the invites) and along with paperdolls.Any suggestions, tips, tricks, ideas??? BigGrin

Welcome to the messageboard and congrats on dusting that Expression of and putting it to work!

Getting the layers right is easy so long as you get two things right:

1. Make sure your Real Dial Size button is OFF.

2. Set the size for your base image using the size dial on the expression (the size you set will be its height) and leave it at that size for all the layers. The layers will then be cut in proportion to the base layer. You cut each layer out in whatever colour you want.

There are usually two or three different layers (plus the shift version of the layer). Use the handbook that comes with the cart as a guide.

Jump in a start cutting some paper dolls out and yell if you need more help! Smile
