The Cricut Circle is a group that you pay to belong to be a part of. There is an exclusive PDF magazine, message board, and 1 cartridge per quarter. Additionally there are lots of contests to enter and there are meet-up that move around the country for people to get together and crop with a rep from PC. Some of us really like it... some people were really dissatisfied with it. I joined when it first launched back in June, but they open membership up for each quarter too... the next quarter starts Feb 1, and if you sign up quarterly it's like $85 per quarter and that gets you that quarter's cartridge and access to the other stuff. If you search on the messageboard you'll see reviews both in favor of it and against it.
