in a scoring guide in order to make the most of this cart? I just got it in a trade and don't want to waste paper trying it out without the proper tools.

sometimes I use my scoreboard with the shapes but other times I find it esier to use a ruler and the tip of my bone folder and place a piece of fun foam under the paper to get a crease and then fold the score line. the reason i find the ruler easier is cause some of the lines are on a diagonal and trying to get that in the scoreboard can be tricky

You can easily use a paper trimmer and line up the tic lines,, and use ur bone folder or whatever u have to score it. This is a great cart, and very useful for quick cute lil gifts. i turn to this all the time.I know its been a while since u psoted this but i hope it helps.

I don't own a scoring board and I've made lots of boxes with this cart! I use the ruler and bone folder method (things I already have!) and find it quite easy.

Have fun with this cart! It's a great one!

BigGrin You definitely don't need to invest in the scoring board. I fought buying one for several years, and used both of the methods listed above and they do work fine, but I LOVE my score-pal! I use it for absolutely every project and card I make.
