can you layer something in CCR with the Baby steps and use different colors for the layers and cut it out as one piece? DOes that make sense?

I want to do the binky and there is the base and one layer piece that goes on top. I want to color each but print it out as one piece...

Thanks for any info BigGrin

You can do it on screen for sure. I can't get my to print right yet. I hope this kind of layering will work. I have so many files I have made already in hopes of print and cutting as one image!

I can print this type of file but it will not cut on my Imagine! I am trying to flood fill the layers on All Sports with Imagine More patterns, then welding them. Not sure if it is the welding or the flood filling that prevents cutting. Does anyone have an answer to this problem?

I received an email from tech yesterday that at the moment the only cutters that can cut are the baby bug and create as they are working on a fix for the other machines.

My Imagine will cut simple images and flood filled images from Imagine and regular cricut cartriedges. It will not cut layered, welded and flood filled. It will print those type images but will not cut them.

That I believe will fall under the email that I received as I am guessing that the I does not have all of the cutting ability so that I believe the reason that the I was not included in the list of cutters that are allowed to cut.
