Hi everyone, I saw the kit on HSN last night and am thinking about ordering it. I had heard them say that you could order the little books on HSN as well but when I do a search, I am not sure they are the ones I am looking for (there are several). Since I am new to YourStory, I don't know...is everything heat activated...are they all the same? I just want to know the cost of making these books. When I went onto the Cricut site, they were listed at something like $7 each for the covers...just did not seem right if I can get the machine and a ton of covers for $14...please help me understand? Thanks!!!

Hi,

You will love it!

Anyway, the Your Story BOOK Binder is a larger machine and binds books up to 12 inches.

The Your Story PHOTO BOOK Binder is for 5x7 and 4x6 pictures. $14.95

They sell the covers for both machine on HSN.

Here is a link to both of the machines.

I hope this helped you.

Have a great weekend!

Right now it is cheaper to buy an extra kit for $15 then to buy the folders. On HSN for $15 you only get 12 folders or you can spend the same amount and buy an extra kit getting 28 folders plus the machine. I bought myself an extra kit last night just for the binders. I also bought a kit to give to my sister.

I think you can make your own covers. Do a little research on Youtube and you will see a few tutorials on it.
Think I am going to love mine. Just got it yesterday.Laugh

To make your own covers, you just need some heavy cardstock and a hot glue gun. Put a strip of glue down the spine of the book cover and let it dry. That's all there is to it. BigGrin
