Hello
I been having problems downloading the ccr software since I removed and reinstall I use to be able to cut but cant do anything right now.when I download it and it says an error has occurred cuz the installer file is damaged try obtaining a new installerfile from the application author can some one help please !!!!!

What operating system are you running on your computer? If I'm understanding correctly, you used to have the desktop application installed on your computer (is it the same computer that is giving you troubles now?) and were able to cut from it. You have since removed the application and are now trying to reinstall it?
